No. We build the brand of the project itself — the positioning, the name, the identity, the applications and the guidelines every other supplier is required to work to. Campaigns, media buying and content are separate services and can be scoped after the brand exists.
Branding is priced per project, from $10K up to $25K. It may increase depending on the creative direction, scope and brief. Payment is staged: 40% to begin, 30% at identity approval, 30% before handover. Two revision rounds are included at each stage.
Five to nine weeks depending on scope. Discovery and research, then strategy, then creative direction, then identity development, applications, guidelines and handover. Each stage arrives on the date we commit to, or your final invoice is reduced by 10%.
Then you have a logo. What we build is the positioning your sales team can repeat, the system every supplier works to, and the reason a buyer chooses your project over the one across the road. That decision sits before design, and on most projects nobody makes it.
We don't replace them, we direct them. You're already paying for your most expensive visual assets, and in most projects the render studio ends up deciding what the development looks like because nobody gave them a direction. You receive written photography and render art direction they work to.
Units sold, sales velocity, absorption rates or lead volume. We don't set your pricing, your payment plan, your location or your sales team, and any agency promising you a sales number while controlling none of those things is guessing with your money. What we guarantee is the thinking, the standard and the date.
The brand system and its applications are included. Production of the campaign, film, CGI, OOH and print is scoped separately, either with us or with your existing suppliers, who will now have a system to work to.
Site plans and unit mix, location details, your visualisation studio's contact, your target buyer, an outline of pricing strategy, the competitors you benchmark against, and one named approver who can turn things around inside 72 hours.
